Ask the internet:

For quite some time, I've been using my trusty Ascii Grip controller, along with a wonky Playstation-to-usb adapter.
It works great.. but then I read about this: -Some person who hacked his Playstation controller to work via bluetooth!
Unfortunately, the device he used, was originally a bluetooth axim PDA joystick.

I desperately want to unwire my trusty Ascii Grip controller, rewire it, and put some bluetooth guts inside it. So, I'm asking the internet:

Does anyone know of a way I could do this under XP? Does this bluetooth game controller work with Windows XP?
Keep in mind, I absolutely want to keep the Ascii Grip, and not move on to some other bluetooth joystick.

Thanks internet!

I havent even been able to get the ps2 controller to work with my usb converter. I bought a wireless small remote for the ps2 that should work on it also.
=( I want it to work so badly!

OH by the way, yes that should work for XP it just uses the bluetooth radio of the old controller. and the buttons of the ps controller.
which you might be able to do with that asci thingy. =)

Yo Chad. Ok so I don't know about Playstation controllers but I do know that the controllers for an Xbox are USB based. With those controller ports you can take a USB head cut the wires and install a USB port. So assuming Play station uses the same kind of system you could potentialy get a bluetooth USB battery operated chip sodder the wires together and put it on the inside of your shnazzy controller. But I would suggest doing a pile of reserch first to make sure they are USB based. Or you could see if there is a similair controller for the Xbox and get one of those.
