Once in a while,

Once in a while, I get a really cool e-mail from someone about the tablet pc. Here's a sample.
It'd be great to see a lot more artists discover the wacom enabled tablet pc's out there. I'd hate to see this platform die out.
(You're welcome Todd, and good luck with your project!)

Chad,...Thank God I found you! You are an inspiration for me!! I'm a cartoonist myself who although has done very well with my little Wacom tablet over the years have found myself just frustrated over sitting tethered to a desktop PC and working in an environment that is just not "natural" to me. I fell in love with Alias Sketchbook Pro V 2.0 recently and started to realize that maybe my sketches and storyboards and scripts that I have laying all over the house might actually turn into something! I have an idea for a strip (actually several) and a script for a animated series as well that have been sitting around doing nothing because of my lack of inspiration and desire to sit in front of a desktop PC for hours at a time. It was fine when I was in my 30's,...but I'm 41 now with a family and I have longed for the day of bringing my sketchbook to the lake and work while looking out over the pines. This is great other than the fact that then I have to scan in and clea n up every sketch along the way and I never get around to using that darn scanner! Ahhh,..then comes the Tablet PC. Now the confusion paralyzed me. Which one is good enough to handle my quick drawing style? Which one can handle tapered lines? Which one can handle working for 3-4 hours without going dead? Nobody could give me any advice on how a tablet PC works for an artist. Until you!!! SOmebody gave me the link to your site and told me to talk to you about Tablet PC's. I read your review and now I feel like a huge cloud is lifting!!!!! Just wanted to say hello and thanks for the in depth review!!! I'm hooked! I feel as though I can get done now what I have been putting off for years! I'm so happy that technology is finally able to give the artist something to truly cheer about.Todd Dolce'

How is the Kung Fu Dog game coming along? Will I ever get to play it?
